Lauren Attard

Experience

Lauren’s career in media began at Offspring Magazine, where she served as a lifestyle writer covering home styling, health, and parenting. She further honed her editorial skills at Signature Media, working as an Editorial Assistant across a diverse portfolio of luxury and family travel titles, including Vacations & Travel, Signature Luxury, and Holidays With Kids. 

In 2022, Lauren discovered she could turn her passion for binging reality TV shows into a full-time gig and joined nine.com.au as an Entertainment Producer. Combining her deep knowledge of reality franchises - such as The Block, Love Island, and The Golden Bachelor - with a sharp eye for trending showbiz news, Lauren was promoted to senior entertainment producer in 2023 and deputy entertainment editor in 2024. Most recently, Lauren stepped into the role of acting entertainment editor in 2025, where she oversaw the daily operations and strategic direction of Nine's entertainment vertical. 

Education

Before her time at Nine, Lauren completed a Bachelor of Communications (majoring in Journalism) at the University of Technology Sydney. During her time at UTS, she focused on multimedia storytelling and digital publishing, skills she now applies to the fast-paced digital environment at Nine.
