New details about Tom Brady and Candice Swanepoel’s secretive ‘romance’ emerge

Rumours are swirling that Tom Brady and Candice Swanepoel have been dating for months, and it’s clear the ex-footballer has a type: Victoria’s Secret models.

Multiple US outlets have reported that Brady, 49, and Swanepoel, 38, have been romantically involved for months but are going to great lengths not to be spotted.

Brady was famously married to Victoria’s Secret legend Gisele Bündchen for 13 years until 2022. The pair share two children, Benjamin, 16, and Vivian, 13.

Brady and Bündchen split four years ago, since then, she married Brazilian jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente in 2025, with whom she welcomed a son with also in 2025.

Though, Bündchen is of course familiar with Brady’s rumoured new flame South African supermodel Swanepoel, who both run in the same industry circles.

Both are prominent supermodels who rose to fame as Victoria’s Secret Angels, though Bündchen belonged to an earlier generation of the brand’s ambassadors while Swanepoel followed later.

“They’ve been dating for a while now,” a source told People of Brady and Swanepoel’s romance.

“They both live in Miami, so it’s very convenient,” they added. “They’re spending a lot of time together.”

“Candice and Tom have been dating for months. She’s been very secretive and selective about who she’s told about their dating. When they have met up, they’ve gone [to great] lengths not to be spotted,” another source claimed.

Neither Brady nor Swanepoel have publicly addressed their romance.

Following Brady’s split from Bündchen in 2022, he has been linked to other celebrities including Irina Shayk, Kim Kardashian and Alix Earle, though he has not had any high-profile public romances since his divorce.

Swanepoel, meanwhile, dated ex Hermann Nicoli for 14 years. They got engaged in 2015, but they later split in 2018.

The former pair share two children together sons Anacan, 10, and Ariel, 7.

Brady played coy about his dating life earlier this year.

“You know what? I don’t have much time for a personal life or much time for myself, but I love working, and I love my kids,” he told People.

“I like to be busy and try to really stay fulfilled in the things I’m doing, so I’m working on some really cool projects, and I’m involved with some great teams of people that are doing some really positive things.”
