Chloe Pink and her North Melbourne star husband, Toby Pink, have shared a heartbreaking update on their fertility journey, revealing their first embryo transfer was unsuccessful.
The couple had recently announced that they had undergone their first transfer on a Saturday, but Chloe later revealed the outcome in an emotional Instagram post.

“We decided to slightly delay sharing our initial transfer post, as we wanted to give ourselves some time to process the outcome privately, whatever that might be,” Chloe, 26, wrote.
“Unfortunately, we’ve just found out that our little embryo didn’t stick, meaning our transfer wasn’t successful.
“Obviously, this has been incredibly disheartening and heartbreaking, but unfortunately, it’s also the reality of this journey.”
Chloe explained that she and Toby are weighing their next steps as they deliberate whether to undergo another transfer immediately or take a break from the process.
Despite the disheartening news, Chloe and Toby were grateful for the ongoing support they had received from friends and strangers alike.
Even though it was not the update Chloe wanted to give, she said she would continue to share the rawest moments of her journey.
“I know some people might think we’re oversharing, but at the end of the day, infertility is something so many people experience, yet it’s still something that isn’t spoken about enough,” she said.
“If sharing our journey helps make infertility even slightly less taboo, or makes just one person going through it feel a little less alone, then I’ll continue to share the good, the bad and everything in between.”

She concluded: “Thank you for being here, for cheering us on and for holding hope for us when things feel a little heavy.”
Chloe shared the hopeful message alongside a black-and-white image of husband Toby, 29, planting a kiss on her.
She also shared a photo of her sonogram from the first embryo transfer.

The update came just days after Chloe and Toby shared a video to TikTok announcing their first embryo transfer.
Chloe has consistently used her platform to speak openly about her health struggles, including diagnoses of endometriosis and polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome (PMOS, formerly known as PCOS).
In June, she shared footage of a negative pregnancy test alongside an empathetic message for those on a similar path.
“Another month, another negative,” she wrote at the time. “Still hoping. Still trying. 🤍 For anyone quietly carrying this heartbreak, you’re not alone. I’m sending you so much love.”

Beyond her fertility advocacy, Chloe has also become a prominent voice against online bullying and harassment after facing significant online abuse regarding her appearance after she first shared her wedding photographs in March 2025.
