Britt and Taz are fresh off a win in Back Of House Week and they're looking to go back-to-back.

The couple know there is stiff competition this week, especially as House 5 plan to present their wine cellar. So how do you compete?

By turning half of your shed into a speak easy-style wine bar.

And while the duo love beige, they've decided to colour drench this week - in black!

"The thing I'm most excited for is our outdoor barbecue area," said Taz. "

We're the wellness house, we're also an entertainer's paradise."

"I think we really hit the mark, we just want to rival the [House 5] boys," said Taz.

"Look at this!" said a stunned Marty as he walked into the alfresco space. "A teppanyaki plate!"

"Wow, we have three types of cooking," Shaynna pointed out the barbecue, pizza oven and teppanyaki bar.

And while the outdoor kitchen "looks gorgeous" and provides a lot of amenity for the space, the judges worried it was "too much kitchen" in the space outside.

Which means, no lounge area space left on the deck.

Marty however, noticed an outdoor fire place being built in the backyard (see on the right).

"That is where their couch will go."

But Darren had his concerns.

"That's where they'll sit on a dry, not very hot day," he said, making a nod to Daylesford's weather.

Marty jumped in: "If it's really hot, inside is so beautiful, you're walking into the aircon."

Problem solved!

Over to the dining area however, Shaynna said it was simply "superb".

Marty liked that the space was minimal and uncluttered: "I think this is perfect."

On one side of the outdoor dining table was a timber bench seat for additional seating.

Plus an outdoor rug that not only zones the different areas but softens the space!

Britt and Taz stuck to their elevated, minimal beige styling.

Brass, cement and woven textures were a feast for the eyes.

With a table setting like this, sometimes simple is best!
