Jaws dropped as the judges turned the corner in House 2’s Front Yard and Façade. Perhaps they spotted the team’s 4.6 million-year-old game changer.
Chantel and Wyatt feel like they’ve nailed their front yard and façade this week. The couple are desperate for a win, having not won a single reveal this season.

The judges were greeted by a gorgeous Japanese maple tree. However, landscaping expert Dave Franklin thought the surrounding plants were perhaps not the best pairing for the statement tree.

Particularly as they planted Fatsia, which is “probably going to take over the whole space”. “You can trim it, but it’s probably the wrong spot,” explained Dave.

Outside, they found a cute little spot with table and chairs, a covered area outside the bedroom.

The judges, however, felt the white tiles were the wrong choice, creating a clear divide between ‘house’ and ‘garden’. “Where, we like to create a connection between the two spaces,” said Shaynna.

“Oh my god,” Darren reacted and the judges agreed. House 2’s Cedar & Stone sauna “was hot”. They marvelled at the sauna, outdoor shower and stone bath that was a water feature and bath in one.
