Rosie Scott is a passionate reporter for entertainment and celebrity news. She writes about the latest TV and reality TV shows, streaming releases, cinematic blockbusters, music, concerts and everything in between. She also reports on the latest celebrity updates, particularly stars of film and TV.  

When she’s not breaking MAFS stories or binge-watching The Block or Love Island, you’ll find Rosie interviewing some of the biggest names in film and television. Recent interviews include Jamie Dornan, Luke Grimes, Brittany Snow, Chad Michael Murray, Leighton Meester, Luke Wilson, Anne Hathaway and Karl Urban. 

Rosie also covers Sydney red carpets, junkets and premieres. She turns red-carpet moments into tailored online news stories, and into engaging Instagram and TikTok social videos. 

Before Nine, Rosie was the editor of Australia’s number on tween magazine, Total Girl. Following a career in PR and social media management, Rosie shifted and landed her dream role at Total Girl where she spent five years as beauty editor, sub-editor and soon editor of the publication. She fast developed a passion for pop culture, celebrity culture and entertainment, leading her to pursue an exciting role as an entertainment producer for Nine. 

Education

Rosie completed a Bachelor of Journalism and a Bachelor of Marketing and PR in 2016 at the University of Wollongong, all while interning at her favourite publications. She graduated with Honours. She completed her final semester abroad in the US at Indiana University, where she obtained a minor in International Studies.
