‘Grow up’: Islanders watch on as feuding duo go head-to-head in brutal showdown

It’s a new episode but the beef between Nat and Oli is getting old!
She is still fumin’ at his comment that her reaction to Amanda sending Jarrar home was “hilarious”, and using a large container of corn chips to dull the pain.
The rest of the boys think she’s being a little much, but they keep that to whispers while alone in the bedroom. Why invite further unnecessary wrath from someone gripping sharp-edged snacks, you know?
Oli and Amanda debrief before bed and he hopes Nat wakes up ready to apologise to her.
That is not quite how it goes.
“I know that you had to be selfish and whatnot, it’s just in my head I was like, ‘Next time if it happens, just think about how everyone will feel’,” Nat tells her.
That’s not really the concept of the show though, is it?

Our first ‘Power Move’ caused a controversial dumping and a big ol’ feud – why not try another?
They receive a move each from 2022 winners Claudia and Austen, who offer them the chance to go on romantic dates outside the Villa with their couple AND one other girl each.
Shawnee being chosen for Jordan would have Lachie shaking in his boots, if he were stupid enough to bring any to a tropical island.
Sparks fly, Islanders flirt yada yada yada ... but most importantly, the dates mean there are fewer hot bodies in the Villa to keep Oli and Nat away from each other.
“I’m really sick of the tension,” she reckons, before launching straight into a conversation I would personally classify as super tense.

“Do you think me going out would’ve been a lot easier, for you?” Oli asks her.
“I’m not thinking of this as ‘for me’,” she replies.
She simply concludes “me and you don’t get along”.
The conversation isn’t really getting anywhere. In fact, it’s probably making things worse, but it sure is entertaining!

“It doesn’t sound like she’s taking any accountability for her actions, which really just reaffirms the point that I’m making,” Oli tells the cameras.
“She really just needs to grow up.”
Zel and Amanda and Jordan and Shawnee return from their dates, leading to plenty of squealing over Amanda getting her freak on and Shawnee finding a man who fits her rather unique ideals of … large hands and a foot fetish.
Ahhh, so many happy Islanders!
It sure would be a shame if a steamy game came along and ruined it all.
Just kidding, that sounds pretty great! Catch Tuesday’s episode of Love Island Australia for exactly that.
