We left off with Oli tangled in a typical Love Island triangle and desperately trying to get out looking like the good guy.

After getting caught red-handed kissing both Amanda and Phoebe, Oli decides the noblest way to clear his conscience is by calling a group summit to tell Amanda – right in front of Phoebe – that he’s just not that into her.

Safe to say, this wasn’t the three-way anyone on this island had envisioned.

The awkward conference wraps with Amanda heartbroken, Phoebe quietly smug that she’s won Oli’s interest, and Oli convinced he has cleared his name of all ‘playboy’ allegations. Bless him.

With Oli and Phoebe officially in a couple and Amanda nobody’s first choice, Sophie Monk asks a very single Amanda to say goodbye at the first Firepit.

But just as Amanda prepares to pack her micro bikinis, Sophie drops a curveball – she isn’t dumped just yet. Instead, she’s being marched off to the mysterious ‘Power Room’ to await her fate.

Nobody knows what that means, but eyebrows are raised and jaws hit the deck regardless.

While Amanda is escorted into the unknown, Sophie introduces two fresh bombshells: Jordan and Zel.

Tall, dark, handsome. Jordan and Zel are exactly what the OG Islander girls ordered! Nine

Jordan barely manages to take a breath before Layla clocks that he’s already slept with her best friend back home, proving once again that Australian dating is just six degrees of shared hangovers.

To make matters worse for the OG boys, Jordan and Zel’s housewarming gift is permission to steal whichever girls they want.

Jordan snaps up Layla (best-friend history be damned) and Zel claims Phoebe, leaving both Oli and Jarrer on the singles bench.

You might recall that Amanda has been left unattended in the Power Room – which turns out not to be an electrical switchboard, but a reality TV boardroom.

The Power Room is the place where the six most successful Love Island Australia couples – Claudia and Austen, Yana and Kye, Tyra and Kale, Georgia and Nate, Eric and Kaylah and Isabel and Connor – transcend time and space and basic Wi-Fi capabilities to drop in via Zoom.

Amanda is stunned when reigning Love Island champs Yana and Kye hand her the executioner axe to Dump a boy from the Villa.  Nine

First up, is 2025 winners Yana and Kye who tell Amanda she won’t be Dumped, instead she will do the Dumping when she picks one of the two remaining boys: Oli and Jarrer.

Considering Oli literally just friendzoned Amanda in front of a live audience, everyone assumes barker boy Jarrer is safe as houses.

But the heart wants what makes the worst possible television decisions, and Amanda picks Oli anyway. Jarrer is left to howl into the wind like the lone wolf he now is.

See how Jarrer feels about being the first Islander eliminated right here:

Surprisingly, Jarrer takes his blindside far better than Natalie, who completely loses the plot over the decision.

Despite having zero romantic, emotional, or strategic stake in the love triangle, Natalie brands Amanda "selfish" and threatens to run Oli through a meat mincer.

Her unhinged rage leaves the rest of the Villa completely baffled, but the battle lines have officially been drawn.
