Watch: Shelley Craft takes a tour of each teams' kitchen and gives her review after controversial judge feedback

Kitchen Week is one of the biggest on The Block, and frankly we can't get enough.

So much so, we've got five epic videos – which you can watch below – of our very own Shelley Craft heading into each teams' kitchen for a tour of each one.

The judges' feedback on Sunday was quite controversial, with Shaynna Blaze, Darren Palmer and Marty Fox giving Ricky and Haydn pretty low scores for a room they thought could bag them the win.

When it came to Kristian and Mimi's space, the judges got into a fiery debate over their green oven and Marty pointed out a huge detail he despised; the placement of their fridge.

Overall, it was Kylie and Brad's all-black kitchen that came out on top – but what did Shelley think?

House 1: Maddy and Charlotte's Kitchen

House 1 worked on a kitchen they had no hand in choosing this week, which is certainly a unique challenge! They also lost their builder, so it was a wild ride. Despite it all, they loved their room – which cost $15,253.

The judges loved it too, scoring them 29. But what did Shelley think, and do the girls think they should have won?

House 2: Courtney and Grant's Kitchen

Courtney and Grant's kitchen keeps their 'Modern Mediterranean' theme going, complete with curves and very expensive details. Did we just hear Grant mention a $8000 tap? That's wild! They spent a total of $13,402 this week.

They came in third with 27 points, but what did Shelley think?

House 3: Ricky and Haydn's Kitchen

After too long as the "chumps", Ricky and Haydn were confident this was their week. They managed to save a lot of cash thanks to builder Duncan's clever Truecore floor life hack, but their kitchen still totaled $16,869.

The judges slammed the room very heavily on Sunday, pulling it apart piece by piece and scoring them just 23... but did Shelley think it deserved all the hate?

House 4: Kylie and Brad's Kitchen

Kylie says she and Brad had a "relaxed" week, which you don't hear often around here! They were pleased to have had a lot of help thanks to the hipages lever and their pantry styling win and are very pleased with the $12,030 result.

After finally playing their Bonus Point Penguin, they nabbed their first win with 29.5 – but did Shelley agree the all-black kitchen was worthy?

House 5: Kristian and Mimi's Kitchen

Last up were Kristian and Mimi with Shrek's kitchen. Mimi made no secret of the fact she was anxious about the room, but they delivered a result she is very proud of – with a hefty price tag of $20,815.

The oven definitely divided the judges, and they scored 26.5. But was Shelley a fan of the green?

The Block airs Sunday at 7:00pm and Monday to Wednesday at 7:30pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.
