After his wife went into early labour, Haydn had to jump on a chopper to get to the hospital in time for his daughter's arrival – leaving Ricky to take on renovations solo.

In the emotional video, which you can watch above, we see a tearful Haydn speaking to his wife on the phone before Scott Cam races him off to the hospital in style.

What you won't have seen on TV is Scotty opening up on his own experiences of becoming a father to a nervous Haydn, and we've got the clip right here.

Scotty is a proud father of three children; Charlie, Billy and Sarah.

"This is the most exciting time for you. I remember 27 years ago my first son was born... it's a life-changing moment," Scott told Haydn, along with some sweet pearls of wisdom for the soon-to-be father.
