The Block's Dan and Dani Reilly welcome their second child and reveal special name

The Block's Dan and Dani Reilly have welcomed their second child, a beautiful baby boy!

The TV parents announced the exciting arrival of their son on Instagram and confirmed his adorable name.

"Fletcher James Reilly. Our perfect boy. 10.04.26," the proud parents captioned their post.

Dan and Dani welcomed their first daughter Billie Vera Reilly in December 2024, she tragically passed away at just 10 days old.

Friends and co-stars flooded the comments section of Fletcher's birth announcement to congratulate the parents on the arrival of their sweet boy.

"Oh my goodness, congratulations Danni & Dan, he's absolutely perfection 😍 Billie's little brother," wrote The Block 2025 winners Britt and Taz.

Block co-host Shelley Craft commented: "Magic moment. Congratulations. He's the luckiest little man to have been given you two as his parents and Billie as his guardian angle. Cannot wait to see you all.

"Awwww I saw him & tears instantly came. He's so perfect. Look at him! Congrats to you guys. Sending lots of love at this time," one follower said.

Dan and Dani announce their second pregnancy

The couple, who kept the gender of their second child a surprise, first announced they were expecting in November 2025.

They shared the news on Instagram with a picture of the pair holding hands over a beach sunset.

"As sure as the sun rises and sets each day, she is with us for this next chapter… 🟢Billie's sibling coming 2026 ☀️," Dan and Dani wrote at the time.

"To those navigating pregnancy and infant loss, IVF, and fertility challenges – we see you."

Dan and Dani celebrate with an intimate baby shower

Last month, the count down began as they celebrated the upcoming arrival of their son with an intimate backyard baby shower.

While they celebrated life, Dani honoured their firstborn Billie in a moving post that beautifully captured the love and light of the day.

"Yesterday we celebrated love and life with a small gathering in our garden," the mum shared on Instagram.

"It was beautiful – exactly how I imagined honouring the little life we're waiting to meet 💚.

"Yesterday felt light. Today feels incredibly heavy," she continued.

"The emotional whiplash of pregnancy after loss is something words can never quite capture."

Dan marked the day with a message thanking all those who joined them on the day.

"Yesterday we celebrated Billie's sibling with our nearest and dearest. Huge thanks to everyone who could make it," he wrote alongside a carousel of images with family and friends.

"These people have made the past year and a half a little easier. Can't wait to meet you little one very soon."

Since Billie's passing, Dan and Dani founded Billie's Besties, a charity fund founded in memory of their beautiful daughter.

Dan and Dani shared Billie's story on her official fundraising page.

As of April 2026, they have raised over $188,000 to support the Women's Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
