Tools ready! Australia's favourite renovation show, The Block, is back for 2026!
Scott Cam and the crew are preparing to kick off another epic season and they've headed to the coast for another landmark destination.

That's right, The Block's 22nd season will be located in picturesque Mount Eliza, Victoria.
Here, judges Marty Fox, Darren Palmer and Shaynna Blaze took a snap to mark Week 1 of filming.
"We're back @theblock and for the first time ever…a water view!" Marty captioned the snap.
But the judges weren't just there to take in the specular views. They had a job to do!
"THE DEAL: Week 1 judging in the bag @theblock," Marty revealed on his Instagram.
It seems the frames have been built already, but which room will be judged in Week 1?
Fan favourite duo Dan and Dani Reilly are also back for the epic 22nd second.
"Great to catch up today legends," Marty captioned the sunny outdoors selfie.
Dani confirmed her judging series Dan vs Dani will be back and better than ever.
The couple have not only resumed their Block duties, but are expecting their second child!
"First day of filming Dan vs Dani @theblock done ✔️ Now I desperately need a seat and a cup of ice 😮💨," the mum and ex-contestant wrote in an Instagram post.

So, what can we expect from The Block 2026?
This year, five eager new teams will relocate to a prime development site on Old Mornington Road.
The builders will be challenged to add luxury resort-style living to five family-sized homes, all with an eye on water views.
Around the time of filming, Shaynna posted a teaser snap in the hair and makeup chair.
Her style prediction for the upcoming season?
"Autumn/Winter 2026 is going to be a classic…
✔️ Classic palette
✔️ Classic patterns
✔️ Classic textures," she revealed online.
