'The boy who changed it all': The Block's Dan and Dani Reilly share precious moment with newborn son Fletcher

The Block's Dan and Dani Reilly have shared a sweet glimpse into their newborn bubble after welcoming their second child.

The TV parents, who welcomed son Fletcher James Reilly just two weeks ago, shared new photos of their adorable tot on social media while remembering their late daughter Billie.

"Meeting the boy who changed it all 💛," they captioned a heart-warming photo taken in the delivery room.

"We'll never have the words to thank @growobstetrics enough. An incredible team who made this moment possible," Dan and Dani wrote.

On her own social media account, Dani then shared two precious photos with her son held against her chest.

"Two of the best with Mr Fletch 💛," she said.

While a sweet moment, Dani took the time days earlier to remember their first daughter Billie Vera Reilly who tragically passed away in December 2024 at just 10 days old.

"16 months since you transitioned from this life into the next, in my arms, and it feels particularly heavy today as I hold your brother in the same way against my chest," she remembered her.

The mum described it as a feeling she'll "never be able to accurately explain".

"Longing for one while celebrating the other. One only possible without the other. Billie, you deserved a full life with us and you'd be the best big sister," Dani said.

Friends and former Block co-stars flooded the comments sections with well wishes for the parents as the pair navigate what one follower could only imagine as a "difficult journey".

"A difficult journey of navigating the beautiful joy of life along side the most painful," wrote Block stars Tess and Luke. "You're doing an amazing job. Thank you for sharing all these moments with your babies🤎🤎 sending so much love xx."

"It's so complex ❤️❤️ let your feelings be whatever they need to be, you're doing such a beautiful job xx," said another.

One follower could relate all too well to the "bittersweet" feeling.

"You can be happy and you can be sad, you can be grateful and you can be grieving. These feelings are all allowed to sit right alongside one another. In life after loss it will never be one or the other and that's okay," they commented.

Since Billie's passing, Dan and Dani founded Billie's Besties, a charity fund founded in memory of their beautiful daughter.

Dan and Dani shared Billie's story on her official fundraising page.

As of April 2026, they have raised over $188,000 to support the Women's Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

"I celebrate my girl. The girl who made me a mother," Dani honoured her late daughter on International Women's Day.

"The girl who brings me sunshine when I need it most. The girl who showed more strength than I ever knew possible, and whose impact & legacy will continue hopefully well after I've left this earth to be with her again."
