According to The Australian Financial Review, Alisa and Lysandra have mandated boutique advisory firm Lempreire Wells to run the sale.
It's reported the Fraser sisters are hoping to land $25 million from the sale.
The AFR reported the business is doing $30 million in sales and earning $4 million before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation.

In May 2025, Alisa and Lysandra announced a change to al.ive that had been "years in the making" revealing they were adding home and baby care collections to their range.
al.ive became a cult beauty and home buy for customers, with the luxury brand selling online and in retailers around Australia including Myer and Bed Bath N' Table.
"The idea for the al.ive body range was born after Design Duo Alisa and Lysandra Fraser regularly struggled to source bathroom and kitchen styling products that complemented their finished projects, while also offering the product purity their clients expected," reads their website.
"They found the personal care market was saturated with brands that placed major emphasis on either design aesthetic or product purity, but rarely did one brand achieve both."
With luxury at the forefront, a best seller wash and lotion duo will set you back $89.

Alissa and Lysandra's Block journey
Alisa and Lysandra appeared on Season 7, The Block: Sky High, and proved they were serious competitors with their design skills.
The former police officers won the season and took home $295,000 profit from the auction, and a total $395,000 in total winnings (including the $100,000 prize money). During that season they won five Room Reveals – one of those was a perfect score.
The pair came back the following year for Season 8, The Block: Fans vs Favourites, where they only took out two Room Reveal wins. When it came to the auction, the sisters won a total of $616,000.
They returned to The Block in 2019, this time as All Stars lending a hand to the Blockheads, and were paired with Mitch and Mark for the week. The four definitely clashed early on, but eventually they found a way to work together and became close friends.
