Shocking fail in $170k backyard stops Dan and Dani dead in their tracks - and the couple slams another feature as just 'so ugly'

EXCLUSIVE: Even with $170,000 worth of bells and whistles in their backyard, Robby and Mat didn't manage to win over Dani.

In a week they look forward to most, Dan and Dani brutally reviewed all the other Block teams' backyards and pools before spotting a shocking fail in Robby and Mat's.

Walking through House 5 Dani said, "let's just stop," halting Dan dead in his tracks.

"Are there kids in the pool? You don't know?" Dani pointed out the fireplace was blocking any vision to the pool from the deck.

It was a serious and dangerous oversight on Robby and Mat's part, with Dan and Dani worrying about how families and kids would live in the space.

While Dani wasn't won over, Dan on the other hand was really vibing the yard but even he admitted one feature was just "so ugly".

Over in House 1, the couple thought the firepit was a total misstep.

"This is silly!" Dani said

While Dan and Dani thought House 3 could even be a wedding venue, there was more than one component they "weren't fans of".
