'They've lied': Haydn confront rivals Maddy and Charlotte over their building experience after discovering secret video

The Blockheads were shocked to learn the extent of Maddy and Charlotte's renovation experience, thanks to a secret video.

And in the clip above, Haydn took the opportunity to confront the girls over their so called "lies".

He asked Maddy directly about the "ambassador" video they were in and she was clearly shocked.

"It's all private, I don't know how they found that," she said. While Haydn was quick to snap back, "It's on YouTube!"

Maddy then downplayed it as not a big deal and the group even more off-side.

"I can't believe they found that," brushed off Maddy. "It doesn't matter."

"Everything is going to come out," said Haydn.

Speaking to cameras, Haydn wasn't satisfied: "I think they danced around it a little bit... they didn't explain much at all."

"They played it off like it was nothing," Ricky scoffed in agreement.

While Haydn added, "They've lied about what background they've got, the experience they've got and who knows what else."

Mimi was equally frustrated.

"It was just dumb, they had the opportunity to be upfront and be transparent but they didn't do that," she argued the night prior.

"Everyone has advantages here but don't lie to my face," she made clear.

But it turns out Mimi had previously discussed the girls' house flipping experience on the day they met, and Scotty had receipts of that conversation.

"There's been a rumour flying around that you guys flip houses," Mimi casually pried two weeks ago.

"We have multiple jobs but we do have investment properties that we flip," Maddy happily revealed before going into detail.

"I think that's awesome," Mimi smiled.

Receipts were read! And it turns out Mimi was in the eye of the storm in this whole investigation – she sent the video to Courtney who sent it to Kylie.

As Maddy and Charlotte drove away, they were left dumfounded by the whole situation.

"It's quite a bit rude to be honest," Charlotte attested. "If they'd like to know something, I'm happy to tell you but just ask."

The Block continues Monday to Wednesday at 7:30pm and Sunday at 7pm and on Channel 9 and 9Now.
