The Block host Scott Cam announces arrival of his first grandchild: 'It will change your life forever'

The Block host Scott Cam has announced the exciting news that he is a grandpa!

His son Charlie and partner Amber welcomed a beautiful baby girl.

The TV personality took to Instagram to share the special milestone with his 122,000 followers.

"As of 5 weeks ago, I became a grandather to beautiful Tiggy," Scott captioned a photo of him holding his first grandchild.

"I'm so proud of Charlie and Amber, she is absolutely gorgeous."

In one photo shared, Scotty stood by his son Charlie as they both cradled baby Tiggy and in another grandpa Scotty planted a sweet kiss on her forehead.

Safe to say the first time grandparent is smitten!

Family, friends and fans took the comment section to congratulate Scotty on the special milestone.

"Well done Scotty, what a gift, you'll be the BEST Grandpa of them all (you 'ol fart you!)," Getaway host Catriona Rowntree wrote.

While one follower said, "Welcome to the club, it's the best."

Another commented, "It will change your life forever, there's no greater gift than becoming a grandparent. Congratulations!".

Although not pictured Scotty's wife Ann is also marking the milestone of becoming a grandparent.

The couple have been married since 1992 and together have kids Charlie, 29, and twins Bill and Sarah, 24 and now of course granddaughter Tiggy.
