Room Reveal: Chantel and Wyatt’s Rumpus and Laundry
When the judges walked into House 2’s Rumpus and Laundry, they were hit with a glaring error. But the apparent mistakes in the ‘bland’ room didn’t stop there.
Despite a “stressful” week, Chantel and Wyatt stuck to their guns with their unofficial ‘beige and consistent’ style guide. Their game-changer? Carrying the curves from their Living Room into the Rumpus downstairs.

“It’s a simple space that’s been brought together really well,” said Wyatt after the team spent $26,605.88, well under the suggested $30,000 budget.

Walking in and judges spotted a glaring error in their eyes. Literally, as they walked in. “Oh, there’s no door,” Marty Fox reacted. Peep the hallway entrance on the left.

She and Darren argued that “zero kids” would be using this room because it was so plain and beige.
