Single backyard addition that could 'skyrocket' price of your home, according to real estate expert Marty Fox – he's got one in his house

According to Block judge and real estate expert Marty Fox, there's one thing your house is missing that would make it a perfect home – a pickleball court.

Marty has a pickleball court in his own Toorak home and swears he's seen price of his house "skyrocket" ever since. "They add a lot of value!" Marty told the teams.

"Pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports in the world and Australia actually has the fifth highest amount of participants."

The Block teams had a chance to snag a $50,000 pickleball court for their house too, but only if they won the 'Block Pickleball Championship'.

While Robby and Mat were doing a victory dance everyone thought the boys had had enough triumph for the last few days.

They'd just won $5,000 cash and a $50,000 outdoor fireplace at last night's comedy roast and now this!?

The rest of the teams had their fingers and toes crossed it wouldn't be trifecta come Sunday night's Living and Dining Room Reveals.
