In pictures: The Block stars attend the 2024 Melbourne Cup
The biggest day for The Block 2024 stars is almost upon us, as auction kicks off on Sunday evening.

But while we wait for the Phillip Island homes go under the hammer, some of the stars let their hair down at the 2024 Melbourne Cup Carnival on Tuesday.
Host Scotty Cam was joined by a number of the teams at Flemington, where they swapped high-vis for high glam before the big day arrives.

Scott Cam and his wife Ann were all smiles as they posed at Nine's tent at the Melbourne Cup Carnival.
The TV personality looked dapper in grey suit with burnt orange tie, while Ann oozed glamour in a floral dress with blue and gold detailing emblazoned throughout.
The Block host has been married to Ann for almost three decades, and they share three children; twins Sarah and Billy, and son Charlie.
While we're used to seeing Scotty in high-vis jackets on-site, it's nice to see him looking so dapper alongside his wife!
Kristian and Mimi
Kristian and Mimi were the pinnacle of demure as they posed for a photo at the event.
"I am a big fan of colours – every opportunity I can get I will go all out," Mimi said to 9Honey about her exquisite ensemble.

Maddy and Charlotte
Maddy and Charlotte, who joined the season mid-way through, looked absolutely gorgeous at the event.
While the girls laughed that they'd prefer to be in trackies at home, they certainly scrubbed up well in black and white frocks with floral headbands!

He's spent millions on The Block houses over the years.
And on Tuesday, billionaire bidder Adrian Portelli looked dapper as ever as he posed for photos in a checkered blazer and white trousers.

Mitch and Mark: The Block 2019 and 2022
Always looking utterly divine, The Block's 2019 and 2022 stars Mitch and Mark oozed sophistication in striking suits.
Mitch stunned in a white linen combo and Gucci bag, while Mark opted for a yellow suit and floral blue shirt.
