We've seen some familiar faces return to The Block this year, but none like life-of-the-party Andy and Deb!

The Season 15 All Stars made a surprise return on Monday night, as special guests of Courtney and Grant's winners are grinners dinner.

Andy also had the perfect prank.

As host Scotty Cam congratulated Courtney and Grant on their incredible win and two perfect 10s from the judges, Andy jumped in.

"Have you got the 10 grand yet?" he asked the couple.

"Umm... no, we're still waiting for it," answered Grant.

While Courtney said to cameras: "Andy is funny. He really made me laugh."

After Courtney "picked [her] jaw up off the table", Scotty surprised them with another $20,000 thanks for Arnott's – because of their two perfect 10s.

"Mate, you could put a wave pool in your front yard!" said Andy.

"Thank you Shaynna and Darren," smiled Grant.
