Shaynna Blaze told 9Entertainment she would be shocked if "House 4 does not win." Darren Palmer agreed – basing his prediction on amenity and land area – as did landscaping legend Dave Franklin.

Real estate guru Marty Fox added: "Based on their land size, I think House 4 or 5 will sell for the highest amount. They have also won the rooms that really sell houses: being Master Bedrooms and Kitchens."

Foreman Keith predicts Houses 1 and 4 will sell for the most money.

"The houses are better than they've ever been and I know we say that every year but seriously, it's true," Keith told us.

Dan and Dani also predicted who they think will take out the win, and you can see what the said in the video below.

Who won The Block in 2022?

Last year, House 5's Omar and Oz made a history-making profit of $1,586,666.66 when they sold their Macedon Ranges home at auction.

The reason for the huge number? A bidding war erupted between regular Block home buyer Danny Wallis and first-time bidder Adrian Portelli.

Their offers pushed House 5 well above the reserve of $4.08 to a sale of $5,666,666.66.

Even though that profit is massive, Omar and Oz split it and their $100,000 prize money between them, walking away with around $800,000 each.
