Meet Joel, 31, a groom who admits he "laughs at everything" including himself.
After his last breakup, Joel felt like a "broken man" and so underwent his incredible transformation, losing 20 kgs and gaining a new outlook on life.
Will these two big personalities find a spark?
Juliette looked stunning in a bridal gown by Tina Holly, featuring off-shoulder sleeves, a boned bodice and slim skirt with a train.
"What I want from my husband is someone who's not afraid of my loudness. They love experiencing life, they have that same zest for life," she smiled.
Joel looked very suave in his traditional tux.
"I'm ready for a new life, I'm ready for a wife," he said. "It would mean everything to me to find the love of my life.
"Please bring me someone that is boisterous, loud, kind-hearted, empathetic and full of love."
The pair married in stunning Sydney Harbour. Joining their friends and family were original couples Gia and Scott, Mel and Luke, Stella and Filip, and Bec and Danny.
"My new family, hello!" grinned the animated groom as he walked down the aisle and saw the bridal party for the first time.
The groom made an interesting first impression to Scott and Gia as he asked them: "Are you nervous?"
Gia quickly responded: "No, but you should be."
Gia got the "ick" real quick and quietly commented: "I don't even know [the bride] and I feel sorry for her."
But, Joel had a big grin when he saw his wife for the first time: "I thought she looked absolutely beautiful… As soon as we started having banter, I had a really good feeling."
"I can feel the connection," smiled Juliette.
"I love how loud he is, he's definitely that classic class clown."
But Joel wasn't the only one with his jaw on the floor.
He dropped the huge bombshell that this wasn't his "first wedding" leaving Juliette's sister and bridesmaid shocked.
Until he jokingly revealed he married his teddy bear. The joke was met with an awkward sigh of relief.
Juliet began her vows:
"The decision to find my one true love by marrying a stranger, is almost as wild as I am but it feels right.
I am real, I say it like it is and I ride until the end for the ones I love.
"I will be your lady to your tramp to share your spaghetti bolognese with, and I will be a plot twist to your story, unexpected, chaotic and hopefully unforgettable...
Joel thought Juliette's vows were red hot, as she continued:
"And just a warning in the wise words of Charli xcx, everyone is just a freak but some people are trying to hide it and some people embrace it. I can confidently say I'm a girl who embraces it.
"Here's to forever, hubby."
Rather than taking the heartfelt approach, Joel's vows were full of one-liners including: "My mother says I'm perfect, but I most certainly disagree. I've actually got many flaws – carpet, tiles, wood, you name it, baby."
Joel continued: "So you might be wondering, who exactly are you marrying? Who is this perfectly manicured, dapper, suave, sexy, unsophisticated, undomesticated, uncultured, once-fat-uber-driver-now-turned-model who can't tell the difference between a bloody washing machine or a dryer, who says what he thinks and who is unapologetic at all times, who makes no exceptions for anyone, anything, anytime or any place?"
