Education
Tom completed his Bachelor of Journalism through Macleay College in 2018 and graduated from Charles Sturt University with a degree in Policing in 2012.
He also holds a Cert IV in Personal Training and Group Exercise through the Australian Institute of Fitness, as well as a Cert IV in Public Relations from St George TAFE.
Awards and Recognition
Tom Livingstone was recognised for his coverage of the deadly ‘Black Summer’ Australian bushfires in 2020, with his digital team winning the NRMA Kennedy Award for Outstanding Online News Breaking.
He backed it up in 2021 with another NRMA Kennedy Award win in the Outstanding Online News Breaking category for coverage of the NSW March flood crisis.
