Having captured hearts in over 100 countries worldwide, this next iteration of McLeod’s Daughters brings the iconic franchise back to life on a grand scale, filming almost entirely in regional Victoria.

The production is projected to generate up to $35 million in Victorian expenditure and up to 900 jobs.

The package also includes additional production investment, skills development and regional community engagement initiatives.

Though the horizon shifts into Victoria’s picturesque regional countryside, the heart of Drovers Run remains untouched. Audiences will step effortlessly back into the world they love, as the next generation of McLeod women carve out a bold new legacy.

A true powerhouse of Australian television, the original series of McLeod’s Daughters ran for eight seasons and 224 episodes.

McLeod’s Daughters followed the lives of half-sisters Claire and Tess McLeod, who inherit their family’s vast South Australian cattle station, Drover’s Run, after the death of their father.
