Dance Moms' Jojo Siwa has unexpected reunion with person responsible for viral meme - before making a huge announcement
It's been a whole year since a simple red carpet question to Dance Moms' Jojo Siwa went viral across the world thanks to TikTok.
At the iHeartRadio Music Awards this week, Siwa had no idea she was set to come face-to-face with the person who asked it – and it's just as hilarious as you'd imagine.

If you need a refresher, last year at the very same event the 21-year-old performer was asked who would be a dream guest on her podcast.
"Dream guest on my podcast?" she replied in a whispy voice, dressed in a black-and-white bedazzled catsuit and graphic glittery makeup inspired by KISS.
"I don't know, honestly? Let's spice things up, one of my exes!"
The moment went unexpectedly viral and garnered millions of views, with many fans recreating the scene online.

At this year's event, the person who asked the question came up to Siwa on the red carpet once again – and you can watch what happened in the video above.

Jojo was all smiles at the realisation, and laughed: "It's your fault!
"Honestly it's hilarious, I've talked to my ex about it. It has brought me so much joy, that moment. So thank you!"

Elsewhere at the event, Jojo spoke to Entertainment Weekly about her plans for the next year – and it seems something unexpected is coming.
"I have a big announcement – bigger than just music, which I'm stoked about," she said.

Siwa rose to fame for starring on the reality show Dance Moms before releasing her debut single Boomerang in 2016.
The single recently made YouTube history for being the 417th video to hit 1 billion views.

The star made headlines last year for her hit song 'Karma', which featured a major makeover for the Nickelodeon star.
Siwa came out as part of the LGBTQ+ community in early 2021 when she posted a photo with her then girlfriend at the time. She later dated internet star Avery Cyrus in 2022.
In November 2024, Siwa announced her break up with ex-girlfriend Dakayla Wilson, three months after they took their relationship public.
The two reportedly met on the set of So You Think You Can Dance Season 18, where Wilson was a contestant and runner-up in the competition, while Siwa was a judge.
Earlier this year, Siwa confirmed she's now in a relationship with Australian actor and presenter Kath Ebbs.
