Leighton Meester and husband Adam Brody set to appear on-screen together in Stan Original Series Good Cop/Bad Cop

Leighton Meester and Adam Brody are certainly having their moment as the celebrity couple making millennial dreams come true.

Meester was the 2000's 'it girl' thanks to her role as Blair Waldorf in Gossip Girl while Brody won hearts as the geeky but charming Seth Cohen in The O.C.

Today, as Stan released the official trailer for their new original series Good Cop/Bad Cop starring Meester as the lead, eagle-eyed fans noticed that husband Adam Brody would be making his very own guest star cameo.

It's safe to say we can't contain our excitement to see this usually very private pair unite on screens as Good Cop/Bad Cop premieres February 20, 2025, only on Stan.

Described as a "fun and funny drama full of clever storytelling and irresistible characters" Good Cop/Bad Cop will be an eight part series hitting screens this year.

Alongside Meester we'll see the likes of Luke Cook (Hacks, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina) and Clancy Brown (Dexter: New Blood, Billions).

The story follows Lou (Meester) and Henry (Cook), a sister and brother detective team in a small Pacific Northwest police force.

Throw in a town full of colourful residents, a serious lack of resources, and their very complicated dynamic with each other and their police chief, Big Hank (Brown) – who happens to be their father.

From the writer of Will & Grace and Workaholics, plus the team that brought you Stan Original Series Population 11 and Bump, Good Cop/Bad Cop welcomes an impressive A-list supporting cast.

What's more to love, is that the highly anticipated series was also filmed in Queensland, Australia.

The series comes in collaboration with Roku and The CW Network.

Joining Meester, Cook and Brown is an impressive line-up of Aussie talent including Devon Terrell (Stan Original Series Totally Completely Fine, It's What's Inside) as Detective Shane Carson, Blazey Best (Plum, Between Two Worlds) as Nadia Drozdova, Scott Lee (Paper Dolls, Last King of the Cross) as Officer Joe Bradley, and William McKenna (Stan Original Series Thou Shalt Not Steal, The Messenger).

Shamita Siva (FOE, La Famiglia), Philippa Northeast (Territory) and Grace Chow are also set to star.

The Stan Original Series Good Cop/Bad Copy premieres February 20, 2025, only on Stan.
