Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce wedding LIVE updates: Couple officially marry, surprise A-lister officiates

Well, it’s around 2am in New York City right now, and a lot of the A-listers have made tracks to their beds.

The party officially ends around 4am, so we’re sure there’s a few still rocking out on the dance floor – but we won’t get to see any of that just yet.

Until then, we’ll wait for the photos.

WHAT A DAY! Wedding of the century.

At this point of the night, you just know the dance floor is poppin’, someone’s embarrassed themselves with an impromptu – and very slurry speech – and Jason Kelce’s probably removed his shirt.

But how about the romance?!

We know the couple were dressed in Dior, and we still have no pics, but one source told TMZ Swift had a long gown with a train and Kelce was in a matching white tux.

His nieces, Jason and Kylie Kelce’s daughters, were the flower girls, showing the bride with petals as she reportedly walked down the aisle to a string version of one of her songs.

Any guesses? So High School seems the likely bet, or maybe The Fate of Ophelia? Look, there are many great choices. As long as it wasn’t All Too Well.

The source told the publication the ceremony took place on a level above the ground floor, and Swift’s mother Andrea ushered everyone downstairs afterwards.

All the deliveries spotted arriving at the venue throughout the week helped transform it into a whimsical, lush garden theme, with Alice in Wonderland meetsThe Wizard of Oz vibes.

Here’s a fun game: yell out the name of the most random celebrity you can think of and (unless they’re Blake Lively) and I’ll tell you how and why they were invited.

Case in point: Nelly and Ashanti.

The rapper uploaded a video of the couple are leaving, writing: “S/O to @taylorswift & @killatrav!! Wedding was incredible.”

He and Swift have performed together twice (really!). He joined her on stage during both her Red tour in 2013 and 1989 tour in 2015.

Ashanti also credited the bride with empowering her to re-record her debut album to gain control of her masters.

At this point, I’m convinced there is not a famous person on this earth the superstar hasn’t crossed paths with.

You did well, Ed Kelce. 12:30am is a very respectable time to call time on your son’s wedding. Mama Kelce, we imagine, is currently doing the Macarena with her daughter-in-law at MSG.

Now Ed is known to be a bit of a gossip; he absolutely spilled the beans about the engagement during an interview on Today last year, which we all adored.

So when asked by reporters how the wedding was at his hotel in Manhattan, he said one word: “Great”.

The Daily Mail reports he was then ushered inside the hotel by security. Probably for the best.

Guests are starting to spill out, and spill the details!

Good Morning America host George Stephanopoulos skipped out early and has given us the first official statement about what it was like inside.

“The ceremony was great, moving. Adam Sandler, funny and touching,” he told ABC News.

“Vows, everything you would hope for, real, vulnerable, serious, and silly. Deeply loving. Who knew that a wedding in Madison Square Garden could be so intimate?”

It’s 1am in New York, so he isn’t the only one to have made a move.

NFL great turned GMA host Michael Strahan, Jessica Alba and Danny Ramirez, Chiefs coach Andy Reid and the legendary Steven Spielberg have all officially called time on their nights.

Imagine being told ahead of today that Adam Sandler, of all people, would emerge as the wedding MVP?

Not only did Sandler officiate the wedding, but he reportedly performed a song for the newlyweds as well.

He was quite literally The Wedding Singer.

A source told TMZ that Sandler wrote and performed an original song for Swift and Kelce, which was “humorous yet touching”.

And just to melt your brain a little further…

Swift’s closest collaborator, Jack Antonoff, shouted out Sandler’s songwriting just a couple of weeks ago on the podcast of comedian Mike Birbiglia.

Birbiglia ALSO has a Swift connection, as he starred in her Anti-Hero music video.

What a wild turn of events.

I truly don’t know how we got here, but I’m loving every second.

We’re still waiting for our first glimpse at Swift’s gown, but meanwhile, Dior have released a statement congratulating the couple.

“Christian Dior Haute Couture is delighted to confirm it has created the wedding looks for the marriage of Taylor and Travis,” the fashion house said in a statement.

“They have been created in Dior’s ateliers at 30 Avenue Montaigne, Paris, and designed by Jonathan Anderson, Creative Director of Dior Women’s, Men’s and Haute Couture Collections, in close collaboration with the couple. Jonathan Anderson and the house of Dior extend their congratulations to the Bride and Groom.”

Sooo... do we have any hints of what it could look like? Well, maybe.

Anderson has only been in charge of Dior for a year and his first haute couture bridal look made its way down the runway in January.

If we want to look for Swift wearing Dior for hints, there’s actually not much to go off.

She wore the label to the 2024 VMAs, but the edgy look is basically as far away from bridal as you can get.

Recently, she’s been rocking the brand’s handbags more than ever, including to a Knicks game in May.

Love that for her, but it doesn’t those of us desperate to dissect the wedding dress, does it?!

We can only imagine the absolute scenes going off on the dance floor at Madison Square Garden right now.

Nothing like a rogue wedding speech to keep guests entertained!

It sounds like Lena Dunham did the honours at yesterday’s rehearsal dinner, with one line in particular that ruffled feathers.

“American football is just straight guys reenacting gay porn,” she said, according to the Daily Mail.

The joke reportedly divided the room, chock-full of NFL dudes, with gasps and laughs – but Swift reportedly loved it, calling her friend a “genius” after she wrapped it up.

To be fair, Swift seems to love a rogue wedding speech – reports at the time claimed she made a 15-minute long one at the wedding of her producer (and, coincidentally, Dunham’s ex!) Jack Antonoff that was essentially a roast.

She also gave a speech to toast Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco at their wedding… hopefully we find out whether Gomez returned the favour!

Festivities are expected to run until 4am, but not everyone has a night that big in them!

Waiting media have spotted a number of attendees making their way home well before midnight, including NFL legend Tom Brady, comedian Chris Rock and the perpetually tired Hugh Grant.

One guest you can’t blame for skipping out so early is Good Morning America co-host George Stephanopoulos – the man was live on TV from 7am on the wedding day morning! Big shift!
