Hannah Ferrier reveals plastic surgery plans after Phoebe Burgess’ horror story
Hannah Ferrier has revealed her plans to undergo plastic surgery after Phoebe Burgess opened up about one of the most brutal memories of her breast reduction on their podcast (Over)Share.
The Below Deck Mediterranean star, 39, announced she intends to go under the knife early next year and has already lost weight to ensure she’s at her ideal size when the surgery takes place.

“I’ve always had like a larger chest, always. And then when I had [daughter] Ava, it was ridiculous,” Ferrier said on the podcast.
Her bra size hit a double G during pregnancy and postpartum, and even now, six years after giving birth, she wears an F-cup.
“I’m getting a humpback from years of crouching forward ... I’ve got these two balls of knots in the lower back,” Ferrier said of the side effects of having such a large bust.

“I knew after Ava that I wanted it done but I was to-ing and fro-ing about another child and now I’m just like, ‘You just have to get it done,’” Ferrier added.
“‘And then if another child comes along, another child comes along. You can’t just keep waiting and waiting and waiting.’”
Burgess, 37, encouraged Ferrier to go for it but shared one warning based on a mistake she made after her own breast reduction in 2020.
She had the surgery a year after welcoming son William ‘Billy’ Burgess in late 2018 and struggling with the postpartum changes to her body.

“I had this intense discomfort in my body ... my boobs had just exploded in size,” she said.
Burgess recalled dealing with excruciating mastitis while breastfeeding, plus regular back pain from the size of her chest.
No medication or home remedies seemed to help, so she went under the knife right after the final settlement in her divorce from ex-husband Sam Burgess.
The recovery wasn’t easy.
“I had a racing ambassadorship coming up and so after the procedure, I was pouring one of those big champagne tower thingies,” she recalled.

“Mummy needed to earn some money. So I’m holding a horse [and] ‘Pop!’ Stitches going out.
“I’m pouring the champagne, smiling my little f--king face off to all the photographers and I just could feel the blood starting to trickle.”
Burgess confessed she hadn’t been realistic about her recovery and urged Ferrier to learn from her mistakes if and when she goes under the knife.
