Courtney and Sev have just made history, taking home the biggest prize in Block history – and boy, did they deserve it.

We officially have our Block 2026 winners – besties Courtney and Sev have taken it out!

It’s been a big night of math, but here’s one last calculation for you: They’ve won $1.27 million in profit from their auction, plus the winner’s $100k, PLUS $500k worth of prizes from Scotty’s prize pool.

That equals the biggest prize in Block history at $1.87 million!

Tayla and her auctioneer were so ecstatic with their result the jumped into the pool, and it’s just absolute scenes at Mount Eliza.

And all five houses have sold!! WHAT. A. NIGHT!

WE’RE ALL CRYING. THEY’RE CRYING. Watch the video below to see what Rick and Tayla said about their win.

Absolutely everyone’s jaws are on the floor.

So is mine, mostly because I’m deeply impressed by Rick and Tayla’s 12-year-old auctioneer doing some high school level math to work out Danny’s bids.

“12-year-old goes alright, doesn’t he,” Tayla says. He does indeed!

The auctioneer IS really good. He even compliments Frank Valentic’s legs, clearly going above and beyond to make a sale.

Soon, things slow to $1000 and $5000 bids and then BOOM, House 5 sells for $4.355 million, netting Rick and Tayla an incredible $905k profit.

They will be splitting that, giving them each $450k.

We’re all crying along with them, right?!?!

Before things gets underway, Scotty makes an interesting observation.

“Your auctioneer looks 12,” he reckons. “That’s a problem.”

Look, he’s not wrong, but nothing can dull Tayla’s spirit.

“Just cause you’re like 80,” she fires back.

Besides, maybe a boy genius is the secret weapon to winning The Block!

He’s barely finished his first sentence before Frank Valentic gets us straight onto the market.

And I’ve barely taken another breath before we get a $4 MILLION BID.

That frostiness from the auction order day is GONE as Chantel and Wyatt return to huge hugs from everyone!

It all comes down to this. Rick and Tayla are last up and we have alllll our extremities crossed that this last auction is just as incredible as the last four.

Courtney and Sev have clearly set a very high bar but House 5 is right next door, with the biggest block on, uh, The Block. Can the father-daughter duo do it?!

You wouldn’t think Chantel and Wyatt hadn’t won a Room Reveal all season, as they’ve just walked away with a whopping $367,000 dollars – which is bloody great in our books!

House 2’s auction leads to a series of $1000 bids and then… ummmmmmm…

WHERE IS HE GOING?

At $3.817 million Danny heads out, which is a pretty dramatic way to say you’re out.

Their auctioneer starts to call it. Going… going… SOLD!

They have made $367k and are absolutely thrilled.

“That’s not what we expected, so we’re so happy with the outcome,” Wyatt says.

Imagine all the protein powder he can buy!

After a couple of quick bids to get us up to reserve, Danny Wallis jumps in with a huge $3.7 million bid.

Unbelievable scenes! Chantel and Wyatt are STOKED!

Then it’s BAM, BAM, BAM. The bids are flying and they’re up $330k.

“I would’ve been happy with $100k, honestly,” Chantel sobs.

It reaches $3.8 million and then things get interesting, as Danny yells numbers I definitely do not have time to type out – but others thankfully use round numbers.
