Sonny and Alicia's Backyard and Pool
After scoring a perfect 10 for their alfresco and shed, Sonny and Alicia planned to keep things simple again.
"Just because you have the space doesn't meant there needs to be something going on in every nook and cranny," said Alicia.

With $90,000 to spend, they built their stunning backyard with a family in mind.

"I was a bit teary looking at it this morning," said Sonny ahead of reveals.
"It really drew emotion out of me."

The sun was shining, the judges walked out and Shaynna simply said: "This is beautiful."
"It's so simple," said Marty still finding his words. "But looking out, it's textbook backyard."
Sonny and Alicia's brief was all about family and home, something Darren could clearly see.
"A good proper Aussie backyard, that's exactly what this looks like."
The judges wanted lawn, they got lawn!
"Straight off the deck you have heaps of lawn," said Marty excited.
It was also the only house to have its outdoor dining away from the main house.
"It's quite different and unique and it works," said Marty.
Shaynna loved the colour of the little brick pavers saying they felt very hand-made.
Meanwhile, Darren was taken back by the biggest arbour on The Block.
"Look at this and how the arbour relates to the furniture," he praised.
They said House 3 was 'the wedding house' but you could entertain three or four families here come Christmas Day.
"It's simple, it's solid," Marty smiled.
And so beautifully styled!
Marty was about to criticise the pool fence but realised all of the surrounding trees and plants will grow and "make the fence disappear".
"So if it was glass, it would have been an issue."
Dave agreed, commending the well-thought out plant selection that's going to look fantastic come auction time.
