Sonny and Alicia's Back Of House: Laundry, Pantry and Mud Room

Following a 10-year wedding anniversary, a Block-first with waterproofing Monday, their only goal now was to snatch a win.
Their second secret weapon? A "dark and moody" powder room with one of the most expensive stone benches out there at $10,000 a slab!
Would judges Shaynna Blaze, Darren Palmer and Marty Fox be blown away?
Walking in and the judges adored the beautiful checkered tile floor, that Alicia picked out with the Cursio brothers!
"That's really pretty," Shaynna smiled.
But unfortunately coming from House 3, they were feeling a little underwhelmed.
"This [space] is being underutilised," said Marty right off the bat. "There's nothing here other than the coat hooks."
"A beautiful solid shelf along that wall could be a simple resolution," he suggested.
Darren only had one suggestion: "House 3's solution is the solution of the day."
But then they spotted something no other house has...
"Straight away we've got a drying cabinet," said Shaynna excited. "I wish I had one."
All three judges thought it was a "very cool" big deal.
"This is the first house that has one," Marty pointed out, adding that it was luxury inclusion in freezing Daylesford.

Shaynna adored all of Sonny and Alicia's signature textures in the room.
"We've have the beautiful flooring, the beautiful cabinetry, we have these gorgeous handles and then these taps," Shaynna began to list.
Can we take a moment to appreciate this stunning LED strip lighting, lining the cupboards?
The tap was all Shaynna could talk about.
"It's got a high goose neck, it has a shower spray and a gorgeous little design on the tapware," she pointed out.
"Every time you touch it, it just says 'quality'."
Shaynna commended them for thinking of every little detail, including the rail to hang clothing.
She then turned to open one of the cupboards and let out a squeal.
