'Don't patronise me': Dan and Dani's fiery clash over team's finished house as they call for another to 'redo' entire space

EXCLUSIVE: We haven't seen Dan and Dani disagree on much during their weekly reviews of The Block– that is, until now.

When it came to dishing their critiques of the Back Of House areas including the laundry, pantry and mud room, the couple got into a fiery row over a potential hazard from which Dani claimed she could "fall to [her] death".

While Dani thought the hazard in House 1 was a major misstep, Dan suggested it was more of a user error or Dani's part.

"It's not that hard," Dan claimed.

"Don't patronise me," Dani fired back.

Walking into Han and Can's 'Tokyo Drift' garage, the couple called out the "risky" paint colour and called for the space to be redone.

"It's the wrong choice," Dan declared.

The overwhelming combination of hexagon fluro lights, black and white tiled floor and printed wallpaper was far too overwhelming for Dani.

"It's not to my taste."

Dani had a bone to pick in Britt and Taz's winning room and as they looked down on the floor they couldn't wrap their heads around one "bizarre" design choice.

"Why have they done that for?" Dan scratched his head.

Dani wasn't sold on House 5's European laundry noting it wasn't "sufficient" to service a five-bedroom house.

"It doesn't have enough functional space in it," she said.

And stepping into Robby and Mat's garage, Dan and Dani both raised their eyebrows as they spotted one very unusual inclusion.
