'Hate it': Dan and Dani in utter disbelief over team's 'weird' bedroom inclusion and slam another duo's 'basic' guest ensuite

EXCLUSIVE: Guest Ensuite Week on The Block meant double the rooms, double the work and double the criticism from Dan and Dani.

With more than half the teams failing to finish the duo had a lot to say but it was the finished spaces, including some "weird" bedroom décor and a "basic" bathroom, that sparked some of Dan and Dani's strongest reactions yet.

You can see everything Dan and Dani said in the exclusive video above.

Dan and Dani were overwhelmed by the amount of space in Robby and Mat's guest suite bedroom and while you'd think that would be a good thing Dan thought it was "weird".

Do you know what else they thought was "weird"? The soldier bookends on the television unit.

"What are they doing there?" Dani quipped.

If that's what they had to say about their finished bedroom, just wait to hear what they had to say about their unfinished bathroom.

In Han and Can's bathroom there was "too much happening" for Dani's liking. "Too many curves, too many patterns..," she said.

But when it came to their "basic" vanity top, House 2's selection wasn't quite enough.

While Dani was in love with House 1's floral fabric bedhead Dan thought it was "a bit grandma-ish."

Moving along to their bathroom Dani found herself uttering a word she absolutely "hates" using.

When Dan turned the corner into Britt and Taz's bedroom he let out an immediate "uh oh".

What closely followed was this observation from Dani: "I feel like I'm in a barn." And trust us, that was not a compliment.

But the criticism kept coming when they peered into House 3's 'under construction' bathroom.

Bang! In House 4 Dan and Dani walked straight into a literal object. So safe to say they didn't get off to the best start – see what happened next in the video above.

You'll also see who they've voted for their 'Champs' and 'Chumps' for Week 8.

Dan vs Dani will continue next week – we can't wait!
