It's that time of the week again on The Block!

Yep, Domain's Open For Inspections is back, and after Courtney and Grant bagged their first ever win the teams were eager to give their opinions on their rivals' main ensuites.

Kristian and Mimi had won for two weeks in a row, but the judges weren't the biggest fan of their huge shower area. "I've never seen such a useless shower," Marty said. Yikes.

Jesse and Paige agreed. "Why is it there?" she said, while Grant added: "They could have done a bath and double shower, and they still would have had a massive shower."

But Ricky and Haydn absolutely loved it – you can't please everyone!

In Kylie and Brad's House 4 – who placed third – the judges weren't sure of their dark aesthetic once again. But boy, did the teams disagree!

"How is this not up there?" Paige said, clambering into the bath.

Second place team Paige and Jesse bagged the first 10 of the season for their space, and most teams agreed it was worth the perfect score.

But Ricky was harsh with his feedback.

"Putting a light switch on the outside of the room is an absolute disgrace," he scathed. "It should be an instant fail, as far as I'm concerned."

"Would you give it a 10?" Courtney asked Grant, to which he replied: "No..."

The Block airs Sunday at 7:00pm and Monday to Wednesday at 7:30pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.
