Inside The Block stars Dan and Dani Reilly's lavish baby shower ahead of the arrival of their first child

The Block's Dan and Dani Reilly celebrated the upcoming arrival of their first child with an adorable baby shower.

The couple shared a glimpse of the festivities in a sweet post online, three months after announcing their pregnancy.

Held in a gorgeous South Victorian vineyard, Foreman Dan and Dani gathered with their family and friends as they prepared to welcome "Baby Reilly".

"Yesterday we celebrated (with pizza & ice cream) the upcoming arrival of what will obviously be the cutest, 'easiest', sleep loving, chill baby that will ever walk the earth 😉🤪😂 with our nearest and dearest," Dani wrote.

"I've had anxiety about how many amazing photos I got that I caved under the pressure and thought I'd post the most important one..."

"The one of two people about to have their world turned upside down in the best possible way," she continued.

In the photo, Dan and Dani are standing arm-in-arm with the stunning vineyard in the background.

Dani was glowing in a bright-pink midi dress and white tailored coat.

While the pair have yet to announce whether they are expecting a boy or a girl, Dani's pink dress has left many wondering whether it was a hint to the gender or a just a cute style choice.

In between happy snaps, cocktails (mocktails) and pizza, the afternoon was not complete without the cutting of their baby shower cake.

The heart-shaped rainbow cake was decorated in rainbow frosting with the words "Baby Reilly" written in blue icing.

Friends, Block stars and fans flooded the comments section with well wishes for the couple.

"So excited for you both!!! Baby Reilly is already so loved 💖💖💖," said one follower.

"Gorgeous baby shower exciting times ahead very happy for you both 🍼👶♥️," said another.

"Stunners 😍," wrote The Block's Eliza and Liberty.

Dan and Dani revealed they were expecting their first child in July 2024. In a sweet photo shared to Instagram, Dani posed along side a pram while showing off her growing baby belly and holding sonogram pictures.

Meanwhile Foreman Dan held the family dogs Hazel and Olive.

"So, who's going to tell them the pram isn't theirs?! Baby Reilly incoming late 2024," they wrote.

Australia came to know and love Dan and Dani in 2012 when they became contestants on The Block when they were dating. They walked away with a life-changing $448,000.

Dan and Dani returned in 2013 for the The Block All Stars series taking home a profit of $220,000.

The pair tied the knot in 2018 after nine years together in an intimate ceremony on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula.

Of course the couple are a vital part of The Block family. Dan is still a Foreman and together they host the Dan vs Dani series, critiquing each team's Room Reveals every week.
