Three months of blood, sweat and tears later, all five Phillip Island homes have gone under the hammer at The Block Auction Day 2024. 

And in the end it all paid off with absolutely everyone walking away a winner.

Maddy and Charlotte took out the competition with a life-changing $1,650,000 prize money after billionaire buyer Adrian Portelli snapped up their four-bedroom, three-bathroom holiday home. 

In fact in a bombshell twist, Adrian bought all five Block homes.

With the minimum prize money being $650,000 it wasn't a bad day to be a Blockhead.
