Scott Cam encouraged the couple to pass in their home so they could be in control of the sale outside of auction – and avoid winding up in the same scenario as co-stars Kristy and Brett, who made just $65,000 profit when their home crept above reserve in a lacklustre auction.

In February 2024, the news everyone had been waiting for was finally revealed.

Have Leah and Ash sold their Charming Street home yet?

Yes, Leah and Ash's house has finally sold three months after auction.

In February 2023, House 2 sold for $3.125 million with Leah and Ash taking home $155,000 and a Ford Mustang. Plus, they finish third in the competition behind House 4 and House 5.

"We can confirm that House 2 from The Block 2023 in Hampton East has been sold to a family that is very excited to move into Leah and Ash's stunning home." a Nine spokesperson said.

House 2 was always a standout, with its unique styling and bold design throughout.

That included a curved ceiling in their master bedroom, a pink Venetian plaster wall in their living room and curved staircase in their living room.

Their backyard wowed the judges, beaten narrowly by Steph and Gian during backyard week. But each of the judges said it was a standout feature that buyers would admire.

Leah agreed and said going for sale post auction would expose them to a bigger buyer pool. "It opens [our house] up to a lot more of the public who possibly couldn't bid under auction conditions," Leah said in an exclusive chat with 9Entertainment.

Judges share the unique features buyers will love about House 2

Shaynna Blaze: House 2 is dramatic, colourful, for the brave – and delivers energy in spades. It definitely is a place that lifts your energy from room to room.

Darren Palmer: House 2 has a niche buyer. They're looking for personality and interesting design. The architecture is amongst the most sculptural and the interiors amongst the most interesting. The backyard is a gem and there is a feeling of space upstairs in House 2, which is very appealing.

Marty Fox: Buyers will love the outdoor space and quirkiness, if that's what they want. This style of home has a much smaller buying pool, so it was definitely a risky option to be so bold throughout the series from Leah and Ash. They have a great floor plan.

What is the major standout?

Shaynna: For House 2, it's personality. There is an abundance of style and fun in this house. It is not for everyone, but those who are looking for that energy in a home will be so taken with it.

Darren: The design aesthetic and architecture are highly appealing. Natural stone and colour abounds, the backyard is stellar.

Marty: Uniqueness and backyard.
