Here's what the Blockheads got up to during the six-week shutdown

The Blockheads were faced with a life in lockdown after The Block site was shut down for six weeks due to the coronavirus pandemic. But they didn't let it dampen their spirits.

Even though they weren't on site, host Scotty Cam managed to keep them busy and set up a series of video challenges for the teams to complete at home.

Pokemon Master George

But he's serious. He wants to be the very best, like no one ever was.

Lift those thighs, Sanitise!

We all went a bit crazy at home, and many of us — including Luke and Jasmin — embraced a high-intensity home workout.

"Lift those thighs, Sanitise!" commands Jasmin as Luke enthusiastically kicks his legs up. And who can forget, "Do the Block slide, stay inside."

The Block stars have 'Faith'

If you're looking for a rendition of 'Faith' by George Michael than Harry has you covered. And that isn't the only music video.

Jimmy and Tam have decided to make 'Block Bucks' a thing. Thank you to all of the sponsors and their healthy Suncorp account for inspiring them with your free products and cash.

Let's 'flip the switch'

Apologies for this one, it will stay in your head for an eternity. If you weren't aware of the viral TikTok challenge, it involves a girl and a guy wearing outfits before flipping the switch, and seeing the lights go out. When they're back on they'll swap outfits.

In this case you get to see George rocking an undersized Block shirt.

Get glamorous — it's time to take out the bins

Another coronavirus-inspired trend. With everyone locked up at home with no where to go, people took to wearing their best attire to take out the bins.

It's something Luke and Jasmin embrace with a spooky twist.

Harry and Tash also have a glamorous approach, with a very flamboyant outfits and even an accordion to provide the perfect background music when taking out the trash.

Meanwhile farmers Daniel and Jade provide an insight into what it means putting out bins in the outback, with the pair driving "forever" to a drop off point.
