Zendaya brings London Spider-Man carpet to a halt in dazzling web-themed look
Zendaya is known for her commitment to dressing to a movie theme, and her latest look at the Spider-Man: Brand New Day London photo call didn’t disappoint.
The actress, 29, who is promoting her latest film alongside husband and co-star Tom Holland, stepped out in a 1997 archival John Galliano gown and the back of it has to be seen to be believed.

The dress featured a celestial print, a ruffled mermaid flare and chains that dangled across Zendaya’s chest and waist.
When the star turned around to display the back of the gown, she revealed a sparkling bejewelled web, an obvious nod to the Spider-Man film.
Zendaya’s cropped hair let the silver-chain web take centre stage. She accessorised with satin Christian Louboutin heels and a collection of platinum, gold and diamond jewellery.
Law Roach, Zendaya’s long-time stylist who curated the look, later shared a video of the actress posing on the red carpet.

Jacob Elordi and Kendall Jenner spotted in Byron Bay – where else are the A-listers headed?
“Don’t threaten me with a theme,” he wrote on Instagram.
This look is just the latest in Zendaya’s string of Spider-Man themed ensembles as she tours the globe.
At the Rome press event she wore a red and blue Versace set that referenced Spider-Man’s iconic hero suit.
Zendaya’s mostly been draped in one couture ensemble after the next though she made waves in Paris when she wore a $35 graphic tee her stylist scored off eBay.
While at the Spain photo call in early June she sported a black-fringed midi-dress also reminiscent of a spiderweb.

There, Zendaya and Holland, who are rumoured to have secretly married in 2026, made their red carpet debut as (apparent) husband and wife.
The appearance came five years after the last time they were seen on a red carpet together for the premiere of Spider-Man: No Way Home.
Zendaya and Holland are promoting their fourth Spider-Man film together, which is due for release in Australian cinemas on July 30.
Their global press tour comes three months after Zendaya’s stylist Law Roach claimed on the Actor Awards red carpet that she and Holland had tied the knot.
In March, when Access Hollywood probed Roach for details of the event, the fashion icon replied with a laugh, “The wedding has already happened. You missed it.”
