Kyle Sandilands and Jackie 'O' Henderson reveal their worst celebrity to interview: 'He was very arrogant'

Kyle Sandilands and Jackie 'O' Henderson have reflected on their worst ever celebrity interview and they both agreed it was with actor Matt LeBlanc.

The Friends star appeared on The Kyle and Jackie O Show back in 2016 to promote his new hosting gig on BBC series Top Gear, but the radio hosts remember he was far from enthused about his new role.

"Remember when we had Matt LeBlanc on? Oh, that didn't go well," Sandilands recalled on air this morning.

"That was for Top Gear years ago, and it was a terrible interview. But he's notoriously bad in interviews," Henderson explained.

But Sandilands believes there was no excuse for Le Blanc's allegedly nonchalant attitude.

"Who cares? He was very arrogant and then he had to get hung up on and sworn at," he said. "And then banned from ever coming back again. Worst interview in the world!"

The KIIS FM duo then discussed LeBlanc's Friends character, Joey Tribbiani, who infamously used the used the pick-up line, "How you doin'?"

'"How you doin'?" That gets old! You can't just walk around [saying], "How you doin'?" It's bulls**t!' Sandilands mocked, to which Henderson replied: "He should have dropped that line. It wasn't funny."

Sandilands and Henderson also outed the actor back in 2016 straight after his pre-recorded interview. The interview was said to be so bad, Sandilands didn't want to air it "because of the total lack of giving a s--t from Joey (Matt LeBlanc)".

"The guy said about 15 words in the whole interview," Sandilands said on his program at the time, with Henderson adding: "Matt's never into it ... it's hard work".

"The guy's an a--ehole," Sandilands continued. "I was really pissed off because I thought, why am I giving up my evening for these pricks? … What a tosser!"
