Stars arrive at the 49th AFI Lifetime Achievement Award Gala Tribute Celebrating Nicole Kidman
The red carpet was rolled out for one special Hollywood star at the American Film Institute's Lifetime Achievement Award Gala Tribute.
Australian actress Nicole Kidman was this year's honouree, and a raft of A-listers – including the likes of Reese Witherspoon, Michelle Pfeiffer and Naomi Watts – turned out in support of their friend and fellow actress.

Nicole Kidman
The woman of the hour, Nicole Kidman, dazzled in a gorgeous gold sequin gown for the red carpet event.
The Australian actress, 56, was all smiles as she posed for cameras before the award ceremony honoured her with a Lifetime Achievement Award.
At one point, Kidman blew a kiss for the cameras on the red carpet.
The Big Little Lies star also posed with her proud husband, country singer Keith Urban.
In a rare family moment on the red carpet, Kidman posed with her two daughters Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret, with her sister Antonia Kidman and her husband Craig Marran also accompanying her to the event.
Reese Witherspooon
Reese Witherspoon showed her support for her friend and co-star Kidman, arriving in a simple black gown with a thigh-high cut-out.
The 49-year-old chose a pair of bright statement earrings to complement her black outfit.
Joey King and Zac Efron
Joey King was snapped inside the event with none other than Zac Efron, who appeared to skip the red carpet.
Michelle Pfeiffer
Screen icon Michelle Pfeiffer made a surprise appearance at the event wearing a chic black blazer.
Pfeiffer was joined by her husband, David E. Kelley, for the occasion.
