'I've met the devil': Ally Langdon fights back tears as she leads tough conversation every family must have

Tonight's episode of Parental Guidance is "a must see night for every family".

In a trailer, which you can watch in the video above, host Ally Langdon holds back tears in an emotional and confronting episode centred around body image.

Ashlee Thomas, an eating disorder survivor and advocate, bravely shares a home video of her suffering with a serious body image disorder.

In the heart-breaking clip from years earlier, Ashlee screams as she fights voices she hears telling her not to eat.

Ashlee's parents Kendall and Andrew join the Parental Guidance cast to share the harrowing truth behind their family's story and their daughter's journey to recovery.

"I have met the devil," Kendall says.
