1000-Lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton is celebrating a remarkable milestone in her weight loss journey.

Tammy, 38, revealed her astonishing 500 lb (226 kgs) weight loss in a recent TikTok video.

She reposted a video from content creator Katlyn Foster, which shows a group of seven friends, including Tammy, and reveals how much weight they've lost to date.

Each woman showed off their physical transformation as the video is paired with Andra Day's hit song 'Rise Up'.

In the video – which you can watch above – Tammy walks into the frame revealing her 500 lb weight loss. The women then hold hands and raise them in the air as the clip reads, "In total we have lost 2,078 lbs.! Weight loss warriors."

Tammy re-shared the video, adding a sweet message about achieving such a feat alongside her friends.

"Truly absolutely amazing ladies and I'm happy to call y'all all my friends," she wrote.

"I'm so proud of each and every one of y'all. Not only are you beautiful on the inside but you're gorgeous on the outside. Never forget."

Fans and friends rallied around Tammy in the comment section to congratulate her on the massive achievement.
