Karl Stefanovic
Today host Karl Stefanovic is a Yellowstone super fan and like many of us, couldn't hold back his reaction to the series' explosive finale premiere.
In November 2024, Karl revealed he felt "angry" about losing one of his favourite characters – but he did have some insider goss for fans to hear.
"I've got to tell you, I watched the first bit of this and I was ticked off," he said with a cheeky smile on the morning show.
The gut-wrenching first episode saw fans say goodbye to a character and actor that Karl "loved more than anything in the world".
"I was ticked off, but you can overcome that by getting to the second and third episodes. I'm telling you, trust me," teased the host.
"But it was a big thing for me to overcome."
Karl Stefanovic
It's no secret that Karl is a Yellowstone mega fan.
"I start dressing up when I watch Yellowstone," Karl told 9Entertainment.
"I've got my cowboy hat on. I fully immerse myself in the Yellowstone experience. I've got chaps, and checkered shirt, leather padded belts and I've got the RMs.
"I sit on the edge of the couch like it's a horse. And I watch, just riveted."
He discovered the neo-Western series during COVID-19, citing that seeing the vast expanses of the Montana was exactly what he needed during lockdown.
"Everyone was kinda looking trapped at home looking at the inside of their walls and to see the beauty of Montana, I was just mindblown," he explained.
"Kevin Costner [who plays John Dutton] is the most brilliant actor. He is the embodiment in that role of someone – like real people I actually know – on big cattle farms big cattle ranches in Australia."

Catriona Rowntree
A farm girl at heart, it's no surprise Getaway host for 25 years Catriona Rowntree is a big fan of the series.
In July 2024, Kelly Reilly (Beth Dutton in Yellowstone) shared a rare update from set as filming for the final instalment in Montana continues.
"A few days ago gratitude spilled out of me every direction," the actress began.
"The kindness of people. An Eagle circling above just before action was called. A huge pack of Elk with their babies crossing ahead on the way home. The horses feeling the breeze as we walked down the hill," Kelly wrote as she listed many more things to be grateful for.
"The group of people that continue to make this wild show, make it with all their hearts and guts," she continued.
"I'm so deeply proud to be running alongside them. The rawness and beauty of this year's season is really something. Can't wait to share it. November," she concluded.
Catriona jumped to the comments section to share her appreciation for the show and its leading lady.
"Well we adore you, all over the world, your character resonates and we've completely taken you (and Rip) into our hearts. 👏," wrote Catriona.
On the right, the presenter is pictured with her husband James who she met at a country party on a farm of all places.
If you look closely, could that be the Yellowstone brand on the right side his shirt? What a sweet connection!
Two kids later, Catriona has swapped the city life for the farm life and has never looked back.
Keanu Reeves
Keanu Reeves has played many roles in his lifetime but could a Yellowstone role be on the cards? We hope so!
The Hollywood star has expressed some interest in joining the hit-drama series, sending fans wild.
When asked if he'd be interested in a surprise role, he told ET Canada, "I'd love to do a western so yeah, yeah sure," according to Screen Rant.
Did you hear that, Taylor Sheridan? Now it's over to you.
While it's all speculation for now, we've still got a few months until the series' epic final instalment, so you never know.
