Scott delivers tough ultimatum

It was always going to be a rough judging day for Sarah and Jason; before they even began their master suite build the couple had all but decided to throw in the towel and not reveal a room.

Scott wasted no time scolding the overwhelmed pair, saying, "10,000 couples applied to be on this series of The Block and wanted the opportunity you have now.

"You need to go hard or go home."

Presenting only the bare skeleton of their master bedroom, walk-in-robe, and ensuite, all three judges scored Jason and Sarah zero – the first time in Block history anyone has ever received nil for their room.

"It's a bit of a slap in the face really," judge Darren Palmer said as he toured the uncompleted space. "They've been given a life-changing opportunity, and to throw it over your shoulder is an insult."

Scott agreed, and delivered a non-negotiable ultimatum: Finish their master suite plus their kitchen in seven days or be booted off The Block.

A tough ask, but we really hope you can pull it together, guys.
