Emma and Ben's Main Ensuite
Things were cool, calm and collected for House 1's Emma and Ben on The Block.
Until their plasterer dumped them! But the feeling was mutual and Ben had a backup man and a bold plan.

The couple planned to deliver a "refined" room with a maroon tile palette. But their secret weapon would be the show-stopping curve in the double-head shower.
After Week 1's curve fail, would Em and Ben redeem themselves?
Scroll through to see what judges Shaynna Blaze, Darren Palmer and Marty Fox thought of Emma and Ben's main ensuite.
"I hope they notice the finer detail of the room," said Emma.
Walking in, the judges sure did - and the smack of colour too!
"That's beautiful," said Darren, taking it all in.
He also gave a big "Yehaww" to their mid-century Western design style: "And I really, really love it."
"Wow," Shaynna admired.
"It is absolute heaven to walk into this bathroom to feel Emma and Ben just embrace the boldness of Daylesford.
"And that's what this is. This is magical, you walk in and it envelopes you."
Did Marty agree?
He sure did!
"It's bold but not tacky," he observed. "It's rich."
Their attention was encapsulated by the "beautiful" shower curve.
"They didn't need that contrast tile but how gorgeous is it," gushed Shaynna.
Darren felt the palette of the room was "really sophisticated".
"This gorgeous timber, that bench top, and then the three tiles and the wallpaper and the metallic tapwear, that is hot."
In contrast to the grey bench and dark accents in the room, the team opted for a pop of white in their double vanity sinks.
This complemented the white marble handles of the wooden drawers under each sink!
"All the detail in here is much more considered than the other bathroom we saw them deliver," Darren added.
We love the pop of pastel pink too.
"There's no blemishes within the construction," Marty praised. "It's really been put together perfectly."
And they did it in a week!
