Sneak peek teases Scott Cam's 'special announcement' at Kitchen Week Room Reveals that will 'change the game' for everyone

It's the heart of the home, so it's no surprise that Kitchen Week is one of the most anticipated on The Block.

In an epic sneak peek for Sunday's mega Room Reveals, the stakes are high as the judges review the rooms that could make or break the Blockheads' entire homes – before Scott Cam makes a "very special announcement".

Things get off to a great start as the judges express awe at the kitchens.

"That's HOT," Shaynna Blaze praises one.

"I'm actually salivating," she says of another.

But not all the surprises are good, with the sneak peek showing the judges reaction to one couple's 'Shrek' coloured appliances.

"This colour, it's risky," Marty Fox says. "I think the majority of buyers will feel let down."

Plus once the scores are in, Scotty reveals he has a trick up his sleeve.

"I have a very special announcement to make," he says, as the voiceover describes "a game-changer".

"It could mean winning or losing The Block," Scotty teases.

Well, we're certainly intrigued!

The Block continues Monday to Wednesday at 7:30pm and Sunday at 7pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.
