Maddy and Charlotte's Front Yard and Façade
Maddy and Charlotte described this week as "a little bit all over the shop".
There was lots to do with little money left, but they had just enough to hire an extra tradie on site – their own dad, Graham!

With a Ford Mustang Mach-E up for grabs and being the final house reveal, the stakes couldn't be higher.

"We're proud of what we're going to put forward and it's going to be a beautiful garden but at the same time we're fully aware that it's not going to be a showstopper," said Maddy ahead of reveals.
"We're competing with people who have four or five times the amount of money that we have," Charlotte added.

The sisters' "simple" front yard included a curved path in French patterned tiles, budget friendly plants and a lot of lawn.
"Simple and easy to maintain," the girls said.
Walking in, Marty was blown away.
"What a façade, how beautiful is this," he said noting how lucky they are with that gorgeous established palm.
"It's so big, like the actual façade is massive."
"It's incredible," agreed Shaynna.
James Hardie Fine Texture Cladding and Axent Trim was used for the façade of the house in the colour 'Surfmist'.
The sisters changed the colour of the exterior to match their signature coastal style.
Dave was full of praise for the Moonscape geo-stone they chose for the driveway.
But after taking in the landscaping around the garage, he thought it "just didn't give me enough height".
Shaynna suggested they perhaps spent all the budget in the backyard.
Dave thought she was exactly right.
"We have one of the existing palm trees here, but it feels like it's on it's own," he explained.
All of the judges thought they probably blew their budget in the backyard.
"The front yard, it's nice, but does it need a little something else? I think it does," Dave concluded.
On a positive note, Darren loved seeing a garage that wasn't full of rubbish for the first time this series.
"This is one of the best styled garages I think I've ever seen on The Block," Darren made the big call.
"This is full on."
Marty was impressed with the Dream Garages flooring.
"This is the first time I've actually walked into a garage with this product," said Marty about the flooring.
"It seems like a really great option."
The sisters chose the flooring as an efficient way to cover the existing concrete underneath.
