The homes have officially hit the market, and the price guides have also been revealed to be around $1.7 million to $1.85 million – which is vastly different to higher reserve prices in previous seasons.

House 1: Maddy and Charlotte

After Jesse and Paige left The Block, "savvy sister" renovators Maddy and Charlotte took over and brought their own unique style to House 1.
